The house is designed to enable it to be used as two separate self-contained houses if desired or as one large spacious house, built to the specifications of the owners with no expense spared. It is completely private and is situated in a unique position, at the top of a pine-clad hillside.
The views in all directions are spectacular. The sea can be viewed at three points along the Costa Blanca Coast and each can be easily reached by car within 20 minutes.
